He doesn’t really like it when I tell people his age, but I’m so proud of him, because he is taking such great care od himself. 💓

We all receive all our mitochondria - the main batteries of our cells - exclusively from our mothers. They determine our health and energy. But I am hopefully counting on the support of the genes I inherited from my Dad. 💫💫 Especially these days as I’m recovering from my gum surgery.

4th Wedding Anniversary 💓 💍 💓
The best. The most natural. The most important, fastest, simplest and most magical decision of my Life.💫🙏💓
This is my first time sharing my wedding in such a way.💓💓
It was so simple and so deep.
The world had already been shut down and ours was the last wedding before New Zealand fully closed itself off too. The night before the ceremony I rolled my hair up with paper towels to give myself heatless curls - instead of going to the hairdresser. I was teaching in the morning too. As soon as I finished, I put on my dress, one that I managed to get delivered from Asos in 3 days, and a bit of makeup. My neighbor Alan brought me flowers from his garden to make a bouquet with…and then Garrett and I drove to a nearby hill. ☀️ 🌺
There were only 5 of us present at the ceremony, 2 witnesses and an officiant. And the plot owner’s dog who came to check us out towards the end. I remember feeling as though my dear Lotus had sent her to us in her stead … 🪷 💫
We didn’t have a photographer, so we are eternally grateful to Alan for these photos.🙏💓
After the wedding ceremony we went straight home … everything was closed anyway. And we entered our own personal world/bubble.
The next day I was already teaching again and I had to start filming the 100 day challenge called Juicy & Strong, a free bootcamp that helped us uplift our energy and health during a truly tumultuous time. This was our honeymoon. 🍯
Every single day is. And every day is real life. Garrett is my Love and my Partner. We are a team in everything and through it all. 🙏 Every day. Since forever, till forever. 1000x YES! 💓💍💓
