Mantak and I will be going through all the illustrations and everything else for our upcoming book Beauty and Brain Switch - Tao Face Yoga. But I also can’t wait for us to show him Garrett’s book.💜☯️ I already started reading Mantak Chia’s books as a little girl. I’ve been learning from him for 40 years now. What we have now achieved together is truly a dream come true and will encompass so much of my research - it will be the first book on Taoism and Quantum Medicine focused on the face, the brain, hormones, diagnostics, and the glands in the head. The illustrations alone took us nearly 5 years to complete. I have been working on this book for 15 years. Garrett has taught me that all good things in life need time. I used to be in such a rush. Now I understand the importance of deep, invisible roots. The importance of time. I know that it’s this peace and strength that sprout eternal trees. Mantak was also the first to find out about our engagement, because Garrett and I got engaged when we were visiting him in his Tao Garden. 💜 💍 💜 I can’t wait for us to embrace each other again in person. When Garrett and I met in New York, he was teachin When Garrett and I met in New York, he was teaching at the Book Publicity Summit, helping writers make their work truly shine and turn into bestsellers. After his lecture I told him:  “You are incredible at what you do. Exceptional. But this isn’t YOU.  A life purpose is out there waiting for you. Something entirely different.” I didn’t want to say that to him, I didn’t even know him at the time and I didn’t know anything about him other the fact that he was truly amazing at what he was doing. But I had such a powerful sense that there was something in him waiting to emerge, something so monumental … that I couldn’t stay quiet.  Katarina, one of the members of my team who was with me in NY, was shaking her head when I announced to her that I intended to tell him what I felt.  She asked me not to go through with it. But I couldn’t NOT do it.  The feeling was too strong. “This work that you do … this isn’t you. There is something else within You. It’s time.” I was expecting Garrett to think that I’m so weird … to be saying to him what I was. But I couldn’t hold back. I didn’t care what his reaction would be. I just knew I had to tell him what I was feeling. He smiled. Surprised. But so happy. And replied: “I know exactly what you are talking about. Thank you for seeing me.” That which had remained unseen then. That which had dwelt, hidden, within him and him alone. That which, for so many years, nobody glimpsed. Not even the closest people in his life… Has now been born. Garrett’s Book and his new Purpose. I couldn’t be more proud of him. For me, ketosis is the cherry on top when it comes to my regeneration from my auto-immune MCAS. Jello desert; 🍒☺️ It’s even better than collagen. Gelatin. For skin rejuvenation, immunity, hair, bones, energy levels … A sweet that supports ketosis. Stabilizes blood sugar and boosts our metabolism. Gelatin can also improve memory. Detoxifies the liver. Boosts skin regeneration. … I buy mine from a pure source. You’ll need: 2 spoons of gelatin (it can be pectin or kuzu for those who don’t eat it … the jello will be the same, but the effects on your skin and all the above won’t be) 3 dcl of water Heat up the water and melt the gelatin inside. Then mix in whatever you want to get your favorite flavor. Pour the mixture into molds or a glass bowl. Put it in the fridge and wait for it to cool. 🍒I often add in Ultima Electrolytes with stevia and natural fruit flavors. 🍵 I often add matcha or vanilla powder, a bit of cream, monk fruit or stevia. ☕️ I sometimes put in 2 spoonfuls of coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, sweetener. Then top it with cream. 🌺 You can use lemon juice, rose water or a drop of any essential oil that’s safe to ingest. 🫖 Sometimes I use Earl Grey tea instead of water. Or mint tea. 😴This deserts also helps improve sleep. It won’t spike your blood sugar but it will make you feel full and satiated while boosting your nightly regeneration.💫 Next up: ICE CREAM.
