Hi from the two of us 💛💛 Garrett and I are really happy that August is finally over! It was a tough one. First, we both got seriously poisoned … And then my beloved brother urgently needed spine surgery. 😔 Thankfully, that’s now behind him and he is on the path of rehabilitation.🙏🥹

The most beautiful part of August was our 10-day Alchemist Women’s Retreat in the Elixir Wings school. 🦋🥰💫 According to the biorhythm clock of nature, February and August are always the most demanding months of the year. That’s why we always have retreats then — to protect our energy, and to gather juiciness and strength.

How was your August? 🤗

We’re also already counting down the days until we come to Slovenia. 🩷 I haven’t been there since the end of April because of Lotus. Now the heat will be gone and it will be easier to travel. And Lotus has grown so much stronger.🙏

From October 10–19 Mantak Chia will be in Slovenia — every workshop will be something very special. I’ll post the page and program this Sunday in Slovenian and Monday in English.🥰💫🥰

Our kitties, hedgehogs, and Lotus 🥰🥰🥰 A few moments of ours. And thank you, thank you for all the heartfelt messages, for the miraculous Lotus.🙏💫 ❤️
Out of all our adopted cats, Quartz is the biggest cuddler and guardian. It took more than a year for him to start trusting us. Only this summer I happened to hear from a neighbor that someone had tried to drown him in a pool when he was a kitten … and she saved him. Afterwards, he was alone for a long time, eating from dumpsters … 💔
We found Brave thrown away by a dumpster … 💔 Lotus, after five days of effort, helped us get her out of the bushes, where she was hiding all terrified.🙏
It was Lotus who helped our kitties relax and finally feel at home.❤️
And when Lotus became ill, now Quartz and Brave do not move away from her. They guard her like that. It’s moving to watch. Every single walk … and every single meal. TOGETHER.❤️❤️❤️
