We celebrated in our school Elixir Wings. 💝
Garrett prepared a bunch of sweet little surprises for me.
We love giving each other small gifts with big meaning.
My Husband always puts so much thought into his cards — for my 45th birthday he chose a playful, mischievous one. ☺️🎉
My 44th year held many blessings, but also many difficult moments.
So for my entry into Year 45, he wanted to bring me as much lightness and as many smiles as possible.
He glued every single little diamond on the card himself. 🥹💎

I always love using my birthday as a chance to celebrate one another and our whole community.
Thank you for being part of it. 🙏💓
🎉🎉🎉 On December 14th, we from Elixir Wings will celebrate in Hotel Union.
Awaiting us is the Elixir Portal, 8 incredible workshops and guests, and many Musical Elixirs.
💝💝💝 After the New Year we will once again return to — and deepen — our Juicy & Strong / Sočna & Močna action.
It will, of course, be offered as a gift for everyone. 🎁🎁🎁
The first time we did it, more than 45,000 of us from around the world practiced together, strengthening our vitality, immune system, and radiance.
I can’t wait for us to ignite our energy together every day once more.

My brother is recovering after spinal surgery.
And my heart feels fuller with gratitude than ever before.

My little brother is home. 🥹 After spinal surge

My little brother is home. 🥹 After spinal surgery and a long rehabilitation. 🙏 From the heart, THANK YOU to everyone at the Orthopedic Clinic Ljubljana and every single one in Dolenjske Therms who took such beautiful care of him. 🩷 Thank you, Darja Kos, Valdoltra, Jure Bornšek, Katarina Marinč, and Špela Jakša.🙏 And thank you to all the golden Women from Eliksir Wings school who sent their healing thoughts before the urgent and difficult surgery.🩷

It is so important what kind of food we eat in childhood and while growing up. That’s when our bones, nervous system, and foundations are built. 
The three of us are paying dearly for everything we didn’t receive then.

Sašo is home now. He still has a long road of recovery and rebuilding ahead of him — but the worst is behind him. Thank you, thank you.🩷

So many treasures. So much wisdom. 💎 The most advanced Tao practices. One and only Mantak. 💜

The greatest living Tao Master — author of 60 books, awarded countless prestigious honors — is also the most humble, grateful, playful, funny, and simple Being. 🥹
Since his teenage years, and still now, at almost 82… he wakes up around 3 a.m. every day, does his practices, writes books, and then teaches. And in the evening — practices again.
He lives to show as many people as possible the miracles and superpowers we carry within… and how to activate them. 💫☯️💫

Everything is within us.

There are no words, beloved Mantak, to express my endless gratitude. For everything. And for what we have experienced together these days — forever.

Today is already the 7th day of our all-day workshops with Mantak Chia in sLOVENIA. Yesterday, we went deeply into the rejuvenation of the bones, bone marrow, and stem cells. 💫

But all this knowledge will stay with us forever — and only keep multiplying. Because… everything is within us.

🥹 For me personally, one of the most beautiful parts of these workshops is when Mantak tells us stories about how, as a young boy, he received this wisdom from his own master.

📚 And how, now at almost 82 years old, he still uses these teachings every single day. Even though he has already written over 60 books, he continues to write and create new ones daily. He practically teaches every day too. He is the greatest living example of how deeply rewarding it is to care for our inner switches of life energy. ☯️💫
