Our little family has grown 😍 Lotus has a sister now. A little Butterfly, Cedra (Cedar). 🦋🎄
A decision that had been ripening for a very long time. It paused when Lotus became ill. And then a series of synchronicities began guiding us in this direction—and already on the very first day, the two sisters connected so deeply and instantly became inseparable. 🪷💓🎄 All the signs were right. 🙏💫 Garrett and I are incredibly happy and grateful.

🪷💎 I have lived with Shih Tzus for 35 years. We also have 4 adopted cats.
In the future, I wish to adopt an older dog, a senior. But at this moment, my heart is not yet able to do that. Our 12-year-old Lotus is miraculous, yet we have been fighting for her health all year, taking it day by day. 💫🪷 In February, she is facing eye surgery. 🥺

🦋 Shih Tzus will always be part of my life. I chose the Papillon (Butterfly) breed also because I wish to volunteer with elderly people with dementia and with children with special needs—this is one of the most suitable and highly trainable small breeds for such work.

After studying therapeutic yoga, I wanted to further specialize in animal-assisted therapy. Lotus is a certified emotional support dog, and now I wish to take this one step further.

🙏 In my view, the best choice is either to choose a puppy from an outstanding breeder who dedicates their life to the breed and lovingly cares for its health, genetics, and temperament—or to adopt. I am infinitely grateful to the breeder Beatrix, who supported me throughout this long and deeply emotional decision-making and learning process (especially because of Lotus). 🙏

A few weeks ago, we were already in Budapest so the girls could meet. During the holidays, we came again and stayed a few days to bond peacefully. And now—home. 😍😍

🪷 Lotus symbolically represents a sacred flower of protection, regeneration, and hope.
 🎄Cedar symbolically represents a sacred tree of safety, wisdom, and strength.

May this be the energy that the year 2026 brings to all of us.
I wish you a beautiful leap into the New Year. Thank you for being together with us. 💓
